Description:

The Endure Absorbable Chromic CATGUT Suture is made from longitudinally slitting the intestinal submucosa of sheep and goats, which, followed by a process of twisting and polishing gives the sutures a monofilament finish. The uniform chrome content in Endure Chromic CATGUT Sutures provides required wound support and absorption. Packed in isopropyl alcohol to keep the suture soft, and flexible and improve handling. These sutures tend to absorb faster in infected tissues.

Our Chromic CATGUT Sutures meet the requirements of the United States Pharmacopoeia (USP) of monograph requirements for absorbable surgical sutures. Wesuture is the brand name of surgical sutures by Endure Industries.
